Orders

We recommend placing your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend bookings or during peak seasons.
There is no minimum number of guests, but we do have a maximum capacity depending on the boat size. We can accommodate small and large groups, so please let us know your group size when booking.
Shipping
Yes, we offer shipping for select party supplies, decorations, and merchandise such as themed gifts or party favors. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and the size of the order.
You can place an order for shipping by selecting your desired products via our website or by contacting us directly. After confirming your order, we will process the shipping details.
We offer standard shipping, expedited shipping, and same-day delivery (in certain areas). You can choose your preferred shipping option during checkout.
Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, bank transfers, and cash (in person).
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before the event date or on the day of the ride, depending on the payment terms.
All costs will be clearly outlined before booking. Additional charges may apply for optional upgrades, like live entertainment, customized decorations, or extended boat ride hours. We will notify you of any extra costs before finalizing your booking.
